APPLICATION PROCESS:

Pre-Recorded:

Pre-recorded submissions using a TTRPG/RPG system that fits the criteria above. Submit a pre-recorded one-shot or two-shot game, along with a cast list, to our application form. These will be streamed on our Twitch, Tiltify and YouTube channels as part of our curated TTRPG schedule for #BIPOCVampDay.

Live-Stream I

If you have a game that you’d like added to our official schedule, but prefer to livestream on your own platform, fear not! We’re not getting rid of that part. Submit a proposal with the game synopsis, list of cast members, and the channel that you will be streaming from to our application form. You will still need match the criteria mentioned above even though you will be streaming from your own channel(s) to appear on the official schedule for #BIPOCVampDay.

Live-Stream II

If neither of the options above fit your game, but you still want to help fundraise for the cause – you can still apply! Although your game won’t be hosted on our platforms, you can request a media pack from us to add to your stream and even join our Tilitify fundraising team! Less stress and more fun on your end, and we would be so grateful! Your stream will also be listed as an affiliated event on the main website schedule for #BIPOCVampDay.

Once applications close on 8/15/2026 at 11:59pm PST, our team will review all submissions and choose the ones that best match the criteria listed above. All applicants will be notified via email a week after applications close.
