About: I have produced a gallery of artwork associated with my dark fiction, erotic horror based vampire hybrid novel series, The Chronicles of Renfields. The main character Ramona is a Black woman who runs the Investigations and Enforcement Division of Renfield International. In The First Book of Ramona, she and her ethnically diverse team keep the peace between humankind and supernatural entities in 1920s New York City The artwork presented in the gallery spans time before and after those periods.

What does BIPOCVampDay mean to you?
This is such a wonderful opportunity as people of color to visually display our shifting and hybrid natures. As a Black woman in the United Stated my genealogy is African but our culture is largely influenced by Western Europe. In our ability to maintain both halves of our cultural reality/duality, we can be civil, charming, and if need be… scary, So bring on the vamps!
